Noel Gallagher: Still No Underwear, Still Rocking

Noel Gallagher was a recent guest on the concluding season of Amelia Dimoldenberg's popular web series, Chicken Shop Date. During the interview, Gallagher offered his characteristic blunt opinions on various topics, including vegetarians and fellow musician Paul McCartney. He also directly addressed the persistent rumor that he does not wear underwear while performing, humorously claiming to wear two pairs.

When asked about making a comeback, Gallagher expressed hope that Oasis rehearsals indicated a return that could equal or surpass their previous performances. He also touched upon the enigmatic lyrics of "Champagne Supernova," musing that they might be a drug reference. The interview featured lighthearted banter, including a football rivalry discussion.

Chicken Shop Date is concluding after a 12-year run, with other notable guests like Role Model and Jorja Smith also appearing in its final season. Meanwhile, Oasis is preparing for a significant comeback. The band has scheduled extensive live dates across Europe, the UK, and the U.S. extending into September 2027. Furthermore, Oasis is slated to be honored at the 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
