Delicious Orchards, a 115-year-old market in Colts Neck, New Jersey, has closed its doors for three days this week, sparking speculation about its use. Social media posts from film producer and director McG, and comedian Kevin Hart, suggest the site is being used for a Netflix production.
McG shared an Instagram photo from the market's produce section, while Hart posted a video that appears to have been filmed near the market's outdoor pickup window. McG is currently producing an untitled spy comedy for Netflix starring Hart.
Delicious Orchards, famous for its fruits, vegetables, and baked goods, announced the closure without providing a specific reason. Vice President Michael McDonald assured the public that the closure is for a "good thing" and that more information would be revealed after reopening.
The market, a 60,000-square-foot establishment, will resume operations on Friday at 9:30 a.m., following the brief, mysterious closure.
