Nimrit Kaur: 'Sitting with Character' in OTT Return

Actress Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia is venturing into the digital space with her upcoming web series, 'Ab Hoga Hisaab'. This marks her return to long-format storytelling after a four-year hiatus spent working on films.

Ahluwalia described her return to a series set as an emotional experience, noting that the extended format provides more time to delve into character development. She highlighted the benefit of "sitting with the character" to understand their complexities and grow alongside them, a process she finds more rewarding than the quicker pace of film production.

The actress also praised the series for offering actors ample room for nuanced performances. She stated that 'Ab Hoga Hisaab' allows for the exploration of subtle emotional shifts, silences, and contradictions, fostering a stronger connection between the actor and their role. Sanjay Kapoor and Mouni Roy are also set to feature in this project.
