Festival Director Anupam Sharma emphasized NIFFA's role as a national platform fostering cinema, culture, community, and commerce between India and Australia. Queensland politician Hon John-Paul Langbroek MP lauded the festival's role in connecting communities and celebrating cultural exchange. New partnerships with Destination NSW and the Northern Territory were announced, aiming to enhance filming opportunities and co-productions.
