As of October 2025, acclaimed actress Nicole Kidman is reflecting on her prolific career and the deep questions that continue to drive her creative pursuits. In a recent interview, Kidman spoke candidly about her desire to explore themes of "death and life and joy and grief and loss and sex and why we're here and what is truth and is truth even necessary."

Despite her recent divorce from husband Keith Urban, which was finalized last month, Kidman remains steadfast in her commitment to acting. She told the interviewer, "Why stop? You'll have to tie me down, tie me up!" Kidman expressed a deep passion for the craft, saying she loves "when I'm moving out of my own knowledge into a place of ... almost like free-falling."
