During the episode, Franny is forcibly injected with a beauty drug by her sons and on-screen husband, Byron (Ashton Kutcher). This drug, which alters DNA for aesthetic enhancement, leads to a dramatic transformation.

Peltz's character expressed devastation, feeling like a prisoner in a body not her own and lamenting the loss of her natural self. Her appearance channeled Isabella Rossellini's iconic look from the 1992 film "Death Becomes Her," a homage confirmed by the director.
