90s TV Star Quits Fame for Family Life

For decades, actor Nick Berry has lived a life far removed from the television screens that once made him a household name. Stepping away from acting in 1997 at the age of 39, Berry prioritized his role as a devoted father and husband. He and his wife, Rachel Robertson, a former model, married in 1994 and raised two sons, Louis and Finley.

Berry, celebrated for his iconic roles as Simon Wicks in EastEnders and PC Nick Rowan in Heartbeat, gained significant popularity during the 1980s and 1990s.
