Nicolas Cage will star as a gumshoe vigilante named Ben Reilly in a live-action "Spider-Noir" drama, which debuts May 25 on MGM+ and streams fully on Prime Video on May 27. The series will be available in both black and white and full color.
The animated "Spider-Verse" franchise continues with its trilogy's conclusion, expected in June 2027. Producers have emphasized taking the necessary time to ensure a fitting finale for the beloved series.
Further animated projects are in development, including a standalone movie for Spider-Punk, voiced by Daniel Kaluuya, and a movie for the villainous Venom, announced in February 2026. Additionally, an animated Spider-Gwen standalone movie is actively in development.
