Sarah J. Maas has signaled major news by clearing her Instagram grid. Two new books in the "A Court of Thorns and Roses" series are imminent. Book six, titled "A Court of Splintered Harmony," is set for release on October 27, 2026.
The plot of "A Court of Splintered Harmony" will see the Night Court facing the formidable Koschei the Deathless, with unity being paramount to prevent further loss of innocent lives. Maas teased this installment with the evocative phrase, "What was broken will be remade."
Following closely, book seven, "A Court of Forgotten Melody," is slated for an early 2027 release, specifically January 27, 2027. The teaser for this book, "What was lost will be reclaimed," hints at further complications and potential unraveling of alliances established in the previous book, leaving readers to question the ongoing discord in Prythian.
