Netflix is currently offering a compelling lineup of action and adventure films, with its newest survival horror thriller, 'Thrash,' poised for the top spot. The movie centers on a Category 5 storm that inundates a city, bringing with it bloodthirsty sharks. A pregnant woman named Lisa Fields is trapped and must confront the marine predators.
Alongside 'Thrash,' Netflix also features the prequel to 'Saw X.' This installment delves into a flashback narrative preceding 'Saw III,' where John Kramer, aware of his limited time due to brain cancer, is lured to Mexico by fraudulent doctors. Upon realizing their deceit, Kramer and his apprentice, Amanda Young, enact brutal vengeance upon the culprits.
'Thrash' also follows other survival stories, including researcher Dale Edwards and his efforts to rescue his niece, Dakota Edwards, and other flood victims. Faced with no external assistance, the survivors must rely on their own strength to escape the escalating danger.
