Luke Wesselhoff and Monica Payne, who found love on Netflix's 'The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On,' are set to marry in the summer of 2027. The couple recently marked their engagement anniversary with a trip to Santa Barbara, California, where they explored potential wedding venues.

Their journey to the altar included a unique double proposal. Wesselhoff initially proposed to Payne on May 11, 2025, during the filming of the show's finale. He proposed a second time five months later, on November 1, 2025, during an intimate celebration at their home on their five-year dating anniversary.

The couple, who were childhood friends before dating as adults, appeared on the show after Wesselhoff issued Payne an ultimatum to marry. Payne had initially sought more time to stabilize her career and finances, leading to the trial marriage phase of the show where they briefly coupled with other participants.
