Their opulent 16,500 sq ft Chennai home, acquired in 2021, features amenities like a home theatre and an expansive bathroom. In March 2025, images of their 7,000 sq ft colonial-style bungalow-studio in Venus Colony were exclusively shared. This property, a blend of modern design and traditional warmth, is characterized by earthy textures and natural light.

Further expanding their assets, the couple purchased a luxury duplex in Chennai's Poes Garden in December 2025 for Rs 31.5 crore. Nayanthara holds a 90% stake in this 14,369 sq ft property.
