Summary
- Hi's box office collections increased by 72% on its second day.
- The film's occupancy rate rose to 43% from 33% on its opening day.
- Hi's two-day net collection is 3.4 crore, significantly trailing another film.

Nayanthara and Kavin's romantic drama, Hi, has witnessed a remarkable increase in its box office performance on its second day of release. The film saw a 72% surge in collections, earning 2.15 crore net on day two, a substantial jump from its 1.25 crore opening day.
The positive word-of-mouth surrounding the movie has contributed to a higher occupancy rate, which rose to 43% on day two compared to 33% on its first day. This increased interest also led to the makers securing 80 additional shows for the film. After two days, Hi has accumulated a net total of 3.4 crore in India, equivalent to 4.01 crore gross.
Despite this positive momentum, Hi's opening weekend performance falls significantly short when compared to Nayanthara's other cinematic outings this year. For instance, the Chiranjeevi-starrer Mana Shankara Vara Prasad reportedly collected 60.35 crore in its first two days, with Hi trailing this figure by 94%.
Directed by Vishnu Edavan, Hi features a prominent cast including K Bhagyaraj, Prabhu, and Radhika. The film is a joint production by Zee Studios South, The Rowdy Pictures, and Seven Screen Studios, with music by Jen Martin and cinematography by Rajesh Shukla.
