On November 10, 2025, the Khasdar Sanskrutik Mahotsav in Nagpur celebrated the life and legacy of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj, a highly respected saint, philosopher, and social reformer. The fourth evening of the festival turned into a grand homage to the influential figure, with over 2,000 artists coming together to depict his journey through captivating performances.
The musical presentation, titled "Rashtrasantanchi Jeevan Gatha," brought together various folk art forms like Wari, Dindi, Lezim, Bhajan, and theatre to trace the saint's life, from his role in the freedom struggle to the Bhajan revolution that awakened rural India. The event, organized under the guidance of the Akhil Bharatiya Shri Gurudev Seva Mandal and Shri Kshetra Gurukunj Ashram, beautifully showcased Tukdoji Maharaj's childhood, his meeting with Mahatma Gandhi, his contributions to India's independence movement, and the Bhajan movement he spearheaded.
