Mrs Creators Reunite After Acclaimed Film's Anniversary

Producer Harman Baweja and director Arati Kadav are set to collaborate again, exactly one year after the release of their successful film 'Mrs'. The announcement arrived on the film's first anniversary, celebrating a partnership that resonated with audiences and critics alike.

'Mrs' starred Sanya Malhotra and was the North Indian adaptation of the Malayalam cult classic, 'The Great Indian Kitchen'. The film garnered significant critical praise for its subtle yet potent depiction of patriarchal structures and the resulting erosion of identity, incorporating cultural elements like Karwa Chauth.

Malhotra's performance in the film was particularly recognized, earning her several awards. This collaboration also highlighted Harman Baweja's commitment as a producer to content-driven cinema. Baweja Studios is currently managing several other projects, including 'Haq', 'Dil Ka Darwaza Kholo Na Darling', 'Captain India', and 'Boy From Andaman'.
