MrBeast's MrLean Returns for Potential Music Album?

MrBeast, real name Jimmy Donaldson, has potentially signaled a move into the music industry with his MrLean character. He recently appeared alongside rapper Lil Baby in a music video, resurrecting the popular "hood MrBeast" persona. This collaboration featured Donaldson sporting sunglasses, a Nike jacket, and a Beast logo chain, reminiscent of the MrLean character that gained significant traction in 2025.

Following the release of the music video, MrBeast engaged his audience by asking, "Should hood MrBeast drop an album?" This question has led to considerable fan speculation about a potential rap album from the MrLean persona. However, MrBeast has not officially confirmed any plans for a full music release, leaving the possibility open as a tease or a gauge of fan interest.

The MrLean character originally emerged from a viral TikTok trend in 2025, where users emulated a "hood" version of MrBeast. Donaldson himself joined the trend, introducing the character in a video that quickly amassed over 233 million views. He has since shared additional content related to MrLean, including interactions with streamer Kai Cenat.
