Moving Season 2 Production Begins: New Star Joins

Production for the highly anticipated second season of Disney+'s Korean drama 'Moving' has officially begun. The series, celebrated for its unique take on superhero narratives, sees Won Gyu-bin join the ensemble cast, taking over the role of Kim Bong-seok. Original cast members such as Ryu Seung-ryong, Han Hyo-joo, and Zo In-sung are reprising their roles.

The upcoming season is set to pick up immediately following the dramatic events of the Jeongwon High School incident from the first season finale. Viewers will witness the characters attempting to resume normal lives, only to be confronted by emergent dangers, continuing the story of super-powered agents protecting their families.

Season 1, which premiered in August 2023, achieved significant success, becoming Disney+'s most-viewed Korean original and strengthening its presence in the South Korean streaming market. The series garnered accolades from prestigious award ceremonies, including the Critics Choice Awards and the Busan International Film Festival.

Kangfull, the creator of the original webtoon and screenwriter for the series, has penned the scripts for Season 2, aiming to elevate the superhero genre even further. He is collaborating with director Kim Seong-hun to deliver a compelling narrative that resonates globally.
