This hiatus follows domestic violence allegations against castmate Taylor Frankie Paul, which are under investigation. Paul's own season of The Bachelorette was also pulled from airing due to leaked cell phone footage depicting an alleged assault.

Paul is currently on probation until August 4, 2026, following a plea deal for aggravated assault. She was also recently granted temporary custody of her two-year-old son, with a restraining order in place.
