Mirzapur Movie: Ginny Diwan Returns with 'Vaaroon Forever'

Mirzapur: The Movie is scheduled for a theatrical release on September 4. The film features the song 'Vaaroon Forever,' penned by award-winning lyricist Ginny Diwan, who has been a consistent contributor to the Mirzapur franchise since its first season.

Diwan's lyrical contribution to 'Vaaroon Forever' delves into the emotional depth of characters, balancing romantic undertones with the inherent violence and revenge that define the Mirzapur universe. This song, composed by Anand Bhaskar, is sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Romy, with Ghoshal also performing the reprise version.

Reflecting on her journey, Diwan expressed that returning for the film felt like revisiting a familiar world. She highlighted how Mirzapur's underlying human emotions provide ample creative space for her as a lyricist, aiming for lyrics that complement the story and music.
