Millie Bobby Brown to Star in Netflix's Supernatural Series 'Prism'

On October 15th, 2025, Netflix confirmed the development of a new supernatural series titled 'Prism', starring Millie Bobby Brown in the lead role. The series, which is currently in the works, is set to debut after the final season of Brown's hit show Stranger Things wraps up its three-part release in late 2025.

In 'Prism', Brown will portray Cassie, a young woman with the extraordinary power to speak with ghosts, known as "visitors". The series follows Cassie's battle to stop these spirits from appearing around the world, posing a global threat. The story is based on a short story of the same name, and Brown is not only the lead actress but also an executive producer on the project.

The showrunner for 'Prism' is Etan Frankel, known for his work on Shameless and Animal Kingdom. Additionally, the Russo brothers, the directing duo behind multiple Marvel Cinematic Universe hits, are producing the series through their company AGBO. Rachel Brosnahan, the star of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and Superman, is also on board as an executive producer.

This new series strengthens Brown's long-standing relationship with Netflix, as she has previously starred in the streaming giant's projects like Stranger Things and The Electric State. With 'Prism', the actress once again finds herself in a story where her character possesses extraordinary abilities to confront a threat much larger than herself, echoing the appeal of her beloved character Eleven from Stranger Things.
