Millie Bobby Brown has exited the Netflix sports drama 'Perfect,' a biopic about Olympian Kerri Strug. Sources indicate that creative differences with producers led to Brown's departure from the project.
The film was set to detail Strug's remarkable performance at the 1996 Olympics, where she secured a gold medal despite suffering a severe ankle injury.
Her iconic vault, completed with the help of coach Béla Karolyi, was a pivotal moment for the U.S. gymnastics team known as 'the Magnificent Seven.'
Despite this project's setback, Brown remains attached to multiple other Netflix productions. She is set to lead and produce 'Enola Holmes 3' this summer, and will star in the rom-com 'Just Picture It.' Additionally, Brown is slated to adapt her debut novel, 'Nineteen Steps,' for the screen.
Brown, who married Jake Bongiovi in May 2024, celebrated her 22nd birthday in February 2026. The couple welcomed their adopted daughter in the summer of 2025.
