In a surprising turn of events, Fab Morvan, the former member of the 1980s pop group Milli Vanilli, has received his first Grammy nomination since the duo's Best New Artist award was revoked over three decades ago. On November 7, 2025, Morvan was nominated for Best Audio Book, Narration & Storytelling Recording for the reading of his memoir, "You Know It's True: The Real Story of Milli Vanilli."

Milli Vanilli, the German R&B duo, rose to fame in the 1980s with hits like "Girl You Know It's True" and "Blame It on the Rain." However, their success was short-lived when it was revealed that Morvan and his partner, the late Rob Pilatus, were not the actual vocalists on their songs.
