Millennial Influencers Launch Nostalgia Podcast

Three prominent millennial influencers, Kate Steinberg, Erin Miller, and Nicole Story Dent, are set to launch a new podcast named "You Had 2 Be There." This series promises an "unapologetically" nostalgic journey through the pop-culture touchstones of the '90s and 2000s.

The podcast is scheduled to premiere on June 18 across all major platforms. The hosts, who collectively command more than 14 million followers, will delve into memorable moments from past decades. They will also explore contemporary pop culture, personal identity, relationships, and the unique experiences of millennial life.

Steinberg expressed excitement about translating their existing online community into a longer audio format. She emphasized a desire to unpack the stories behind shared core memories and create a conversational atmosphere akin to a "group chat."

Miller highlighted the podcast's aim to share "hot takes," laughter, and candid conversations about forgotten trends, childhood memories, and the complexities of millennial existence. Dent added that the podcast is a natural progression for their individual platforms, offering an opportunity to connect with their audience on a deeper level and relive formative moments.

"You Had 2 Be There" is produced by SickBird Productions, a female-led studio founded by Jade Watson. Diona DaCosta, head of SickBird's podcast division, serves as executive producer, with Kayla Forman and Rachel Derbyshire as producers.
