Marvel's Miles Morales: Live-Action Plans Revealed

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has officially revealed that the studio has concrete plans for a live-action Miles Morales film. This development is set to unfold after the conclusion of Sony Pictures' highly successful animated Spider-Verse saga.

The animated franchise, which began with "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" in 2018 and continued with "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" in 2023, will see its final installment, "Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse," premiering on June 18, 2027. Shameik Moore is reprising his voice role as Miles in this upcoming animated finale.

Feige hinted that the introduction of a live-action Miles Morales is a "destiny" for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He noted that audiences recognized a potential hint of Miles in "Spider-Man: No Way Home." Production partner Amy Pascal is actively involved in developing future Spider-Man movie concepts, with discussions covering the next five potential films.
