RHONJ Star's Daughter Faces Assault Charges

Milania Giudice, the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey personality Teresa Giudice, entered a not guilty plea to assault charges during a virtual court hearing on Tuesday, July 14. Prosecutors allege that Giudice was responsible for a domestic violence incident on May 14, stating she "knowingly cause[d] bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist." This resulted in redness to the victim's forehead.

Giudice was initially charged with simple assault and purposely/knowingly causing bodily injury. Addressing her arrest over a month later in a TikTok video posted on June 29, Giudice referred to a circulating mugshot as "AI" and described herself as looking "fire." She acknowledged that "s--- happens in life," emphasizing the need to learn from experiences and become a better person, while also noting she was going through a difficult period and had experienced other hardships.

Her legal team has not yet commented on the proceedings. The next court date for Milania Giudice is scheduled for August, continuing the legal process related to the alleged assault. She maintains her innocence as the case progresses.
