Footage has surfaced showing the May arrest of Milania Giudice, daughter of reality star Teresa Giudice. The 20-year-old college student was taken into custody in New Jersey for charges of simple assault and causing bodily injury.
The arrest reportedly stemmed from an incident where Milania allegedly threw items and acted erratically, leading her sister Gabriella to call the police. A judge later revealed Milania is accused of punching a victim in the head during a domestic dispute.
Newly released videos from the Montville Police Department capture Milania being handcuffed and placed into the back of a police car. During the arrest, she appeared to be nonchalant, even smiling at one point.
Milania Giudice has pleaded not guilty to the charges. If convicted of simple assault, she could face up to six months in jail, probation, and over $500 in fines. The legal proceedings are ongoing.
