Mike Tyson recently shared a striking memory from the late 1980s, a period marked by his public divorce from Robin Givens. Speaking on "This Past Weekend," Tyson recounted finding Brad Pitt at Givens' home during a time when their separation was still complex and ongoing.
Tyson explained that he went to Givens' house expecting to see her, only to discover her arriving in a BMW he had purchased for her. Inside the car, he initially mistook Pitt for a friend of Givens' from the show "Head of the Class." However, he soon realized it was Pitt, who was then early in his career and not yet famous.
Over the years, various accounts of this event have emerged. While Givens confirmed Pitt was in the car, she has disputed claims of a bedroom confrontation. Tyson, looking back, acknowledges his perspective on relationships has evolved with age and experience, contrasting the past turmoil with his current, stable marriage.
