However, the event had already faced several setbacks in recent weeks, including a change in venue and the removal of two headliners from the lineup.
Despite the disappointment, the organizers have vowed to return "stronger" in the future "for our people, our artists, and our community." Refunds for the tickets will begin processing next week.
