Michael Learner, an executive at Hammerstone Studios, has officially signed with WME and Untitled for representation. This significant career development is largely attributed to the buzz surrounding his thriller script, 'Seeker.'
'Seeker,' a genre picture that Learner is passionate about, is slated for direction by Adam Carter Rehmeier, known for 'Dinner in America.' The film's narrative follows a man haunted by his fiancée's disappearance, which becomes increasingly personal when he encounters a passenger he suspects is involved.
Learner's tenure at Hammerstone Studios spans three and a half years, during which he advanced from intern to Head of Development. He has been an executive producer on Hammerstone's upcoming projects, 'Little One' and 'Slime,' and a co-producer on 'Iconoclast' and 'By Any Means.'
He expressed profound gratitude towards Hammerstone Studios and its head, Alex Lebovici, for supporting his creative vision and bringing 'Seeker' to fruition. Learner's academic background includes a degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MFA in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute Conservatory.
