As a result, the judge ruled that the estate should cover Paris' "reasonable" legal fees incurred in securing this benefit. However, the estate now contends that the $1.16 million sought is excessive, alleging that Paris is attempting to claim fees for unrelated legal actions and overstating the actual savings for the estate's beneficiaries.
