Javis & Guitarricadelafuente Honored at Miami Film Festival

Miami Film Festival Gems will present Guitarricadelafuente with the Virtuoso Award and directors Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi, collectively known as Los Javis, with the Visionary Director Award. The ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4th, at the Wolfson Auditorium. These honors acknowledge their impactful work on the upcoming Netflix film, "La Bola Negra." The festival itself runs from October 29th through November 5th.

Guitarricadelafuente makes his acting debut as Sebastián in "La Bola Negra," a role for which he is being recognized. Calvo and Ambrossi are lauded for their directorial vision in the same film. Both honorees are slated to participate in a Q&A session moderated by Ramin Setoodeh, co-president and co-editor-in-chief of Variety, following the awards presentation.
