She shared that she was undergoing her third, and hopefully final, procedure to address a medical condition causing continuous breast growth. Marks expressed her long-standing desire for a smaller breast size, aiming for a "small C."
Speaking in October 2025, Marks also detailed her use of cosmetic treatments, including light Botox and threads, while stating she is not a fan of fillers. She noted that her recent procedures have improved how clothing fits, as previously her chest size required her to wear larger sizes, affecting the drape of her garments.
