Meghan Markle Dives Into 45th Birthday Fun

Meghan Markle celebrated her 45th birthday on Tuesday, August 4th, by sharing new photos of herself jumping into a pool while holding balloons. These pictures were taken by a friend of her mother, Doria Ragland, during an early birthday gathering in California. Her lifestyle brand, As ever, also posted a tribute featuring images of Meghan, including a childhood photo.

This birthday follows a busy summer for the Duchess, which included a family trip to Portugal with Prince Harry and their children, Archie and Lilibet. The family also reunited with King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House in England on July 10th. This marked a significant family meeting following the King's health news.

Meghan also recently promoted "Cookie Queens," a documentary she co-executive produced about the Girl Scouts. She attended a screening in Los Angeles and later surprised Girl Scouts with a viewing of the film in Ojai, California. Her involvement was inspired by her own childhood experiences with the Girl Scouts, where her mother led her troop.
