Meghan Markle Surfaces in UK with Ellen DeGeneres

Meghan Markle has been observed in the UK, appearing for drinks with television host Ellen DeGeneres. The two were photographed at the Three Horseshoes pub near Burford, Oxfordshire, on September 21. Markle, dressed in white jeans and a pale blue blouse, was accompanied by a bodyguard.

DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, previously lived near Markle and Prince Harry in Montecito before relocating to England's Cotswolds. DeGeneres's move followed Donald Trump's second presidential term election win in 2024. De Rossi may have also been present for the pub outing.

Adding to the group was Markle's friend, philanthropist Kelly McKee Zajfen, who posted about enjoying fish and chips with her six-month-old son. Zajfen has previously assisted Markle with red-carpet access.

The public sighting of Markle and DeGeneres has ignited criticism online, with many referencing past bullying allegations leveled against both women. Critics have used the reunion to highlight these controversies, with one social media user noting, 'So nice to see two reportedly accused bullies reunite.'

Markle herself has faced bullying accusations from former Buckingham Palace staffers, claims she has denied. An independent investigation into these allegations was concluded by the palace in June 2022, with its findings kept private.
