Megan Thee Stallion announced a major distribution partnership with Interscope Records on Friday, signaling a new phase for her independent career. This collaboration will ensure global distribution and support for her label, Hot Girl Productions.

A key aspect of this agreement is Megan's complete retention of ownership over her masters and publishing rights. She expressed her commitment to creative independence, stating the partnership enables her to stay true to her artistic vision while enhancing her worldwide reach.

This strategic move follows her previous independent distribution deal with Warner Music Group, under which she released her most recent album, "Megan." Prior to that, her initial albums were released through 1501 Certified Entertainment and 300 Entertainment.
