The third season of Anne Rice's Mayfair Witches is currently in production in Vancouver, Canada, and has added two new series regulars to the cast. James Frain, known for his roles in Gotham and True Blood, will play the character of Solomon, while Eliza Scanlen, who recently starred in The Starling Girl, will portray Jessica.
The upcoming season will shift the setting to Salem, Massachusetts, as it delves deeper into the mythology of witchcraft. The Mayfair Witches series, which is executive produced by Anne Rice's longtime collaborator, Mark Johnson, has already completed two successful seasons set in New Orleans. The third season will continue to expand the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, which is being overseen by AMC.
