Summary
- Danielle Savre reprises Maya Bishop role on Grey's Anatomy.
- Maya's return coincides with a firefighter's ER visit for burns.
- Meredith Grey and Bailey reunite amid a bridge collapse crisis.
Nearly two years after "Station 19" concluded, Danielle Savre is set to reprise her popular character, firefighter Maya Bishop, on "Grey's Anatomy." Savre will appear in the April 30 episode, marking her first return to the medical drama since the "Station 19" finale in 2024. Her reappearance comes as the episode's storyline involves a "Station 19" firefighter being treated in the ER for severe burns.
This guest appearance also reunites "Grey's Anatomy" mainstays Meredith Grey and Miranda Bailey. The logline for the episode suggests their reunion will occur during a Fox Foundation innovation competition. However, Meredith will face personal concerns as Nick is admitted to the hospital following a significant bridge collapse incident.
