Mastram Producer Reveals Censorship Cut

Prabhleen Sandhu, producer of the recently lauded web series Made In India: A Titan Story, has shed light on the controversial removal of her earlier production, Mastram, from MX Player. Sandhu explained that Mastram was pulled due to censorship, as the platform cited its inability to feature such explicit erotica. This explanation comes nearly a year after the show's mysterious disappearance.

Sandhu, an actress herself, also revealed Mastram's pioneering role in introducing intimacy coordination to India. The show featured Amanda Cutting, an expert who had previously worked on the popular series Game of Thrones. Cutting's involvement was reportedly a significant learning experience, likened to dance choreography, and was well-received by the platform. Sandhu considers Mastram, her first production, a great experience despite its challenges.
