As Martin Kemp, the 64-year-old Spandau Ballet singer, continues his journey on the reality show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here, his daughter Harleymoon has expressed a desire to see him "stressed and rattled" by the challenges of the jungle.
Harleymoon, who is currently appearing on Celebrity Race Across The World, has been closely following her father's progress on the ITV show. She revealed that despite Kemp's seemingly calm and collected approach to the tasks so far, she would love to see him face the "worst possible trial" to test his limits.
"He's such a cool, chilled guy, and he's got it all together," Harleymoon said. "He'll be very loving and supportive for the other camp mates, but I just would like to see him stressed and rattled."
Harleymoon was particularly impressed when she saw her 64-year-old father skydiving out of a helicopter at the start of the I'm A Celebrity series, an act she had previously urged him not to do. "I was on the edge of my feet watching my 64-year-old dad jump out of the helicopter," she admitted.
Kemp's participation in the show follows in the footsteps of his son Roman, who came third in the 2019 edition. Harleymoon revealed that Roman had provided his father with some advice before he departed for Australia, including the tip to sleep on the end of the group if he was the snorer.
