Faustino himself embodied Al Bundy, his wife Lindsay Bronson portrayed Peggy Bundy, their son Cassius, 4, stepped into the shoes of Bud Bundy, and their daughter Ava Marie, 10, became Kelly Bundy. This nostalgic tribute was shared on Faustino's Instagram on October 31st.
Faustino also recently shared insights into a potential reboot of Married... with Children. He revealed that a deal was close to being signed and that the original cast was supportive, agreeing to appear as recurring characters. The show's owner, Sony, was reportedly ready to move forward with the project.
However, the Married... with Children reboot reportedly hit a snag due to concerns that the proposed storyline might deviate too significantly from the original series' tone and content. Faustino expressed disappointment that the show did not get made, stating it would have been "a blast" to reprise his role as Bud Bundy. The original sitcom aired for 11 seasons on Fox from 1987 to 1997.
