Manson's 'One Assassination' Continues Dark Saga

Marilyn Manson is set to release his 13th studio album, titled 'One Assassination Under God - Chapter 2,' on August 14. This new effort serves as the second chapter of his musical narrative, following the 2024 release of 'One Assassination Under God - Chapter 1.' The album's lead single, 'Exit Wound,' is out now and accompanied by a music video available on YouTube.

Manson expressed pride in delivering the second chapter, stating that it "completes my story" and that he "used each stone that was thrown at me to sharpen my edges." He described the songs as carved "into the skin of the world," hoping they form an unforgettable scar for listeners.

This album arrives in the wake of previous allegations of abuse made by his former fiancée, Evan Rachel Wood, in 2021, and subsequent accusations from other women. Manson has consistently denied these claims, and an investigation by the Los Angeles County district attorney was dropped in 2025.

Fans can anticipate Manson's return to the stage with a U.S. tour alongside Rob Zombie, scheduled to begin in August. He will also perform two shows in Los Angeles later in the fall to commemorate the 30th anniversary of his 1996 album, 'Antichrist Superstar.'
