Manoj Bajpayee's Governor role: Serious on set, wild off-screen?

Manoj Bajpayee, known for his versatile acting and jovial personality, adopted a strictly serious demeanor while filming for the upcoming movie Governor. This reserved approach on set led to a humorous complaint from co-star Madhoo, who had been told by their mutual friend Ram Gopal Varma that Bajpayee was a "fun guy." Bajpayee explained the contrast between his Governor character, A Ramanan, and a "wacko, wild guy" role he played in a separate Ram Gopal Varma film.

Further adding to the intrigue, Ram Gopal Varma provided an unusual endorsement for the Governor trailer, humorously remarking, "You guys have f***** it!" Bajpayee also shared his perspective on the ongoing Ranveer Singh-Don 3 controversy, noting that industry insiders often learn about such matters through social media and expressed hope for a swift resolution.

Governor is scheduled to release in cinemas on June 12. The trailer launch event in Mumbai was attended by other cast members including Adah Sharma and Madhoo.
