Manisha Koirala is slated to star in the independent feature film "Cowgirls & Indians," with production commencing in November near Austin, Texas. The movie, formerly titled "Cowboys & Indians," is penned and directed by Tejal Desai, who is expanding on her award-winning short film, "Cowboys and Hindus."

The narrative centers on a middle-aged Indian woman exploring her identity and forming unique friendships amid the Texas landscape.
