Maniesh Paul, Angira Dhar's Rom-Com 'Rafoo' Hits Amazon Prime

A new romantic comedy series titled 'Rafoo' is set to stream exclusively on Amazon Prime Video, marking a collaboration between Edit II and the streaming platform. The show features Maniesh Paul as a struggling singer whose life takes an unexpected turn when he finds himself living with his ex-mother-in-law. Complicating matters further, his ex-wife, played by Angira Dhar, lives upstairs with her new partner.

The narrative of 'Rafoo' delves into the overlapping lives of its characters, where the distinction between past and present relationships becomes increasingly blurred. Produced by Sanjay Kohli, Binaiferr Kohli, and Vihaan Kohli, and directed by Shashank Bali, the series aims to blend humor with the complexities of modern relationships.

Vihaan Kohli, Head of Content & Producer at Edit II, shared excitement about the collaboration and the casting of Paul and Dhar, emphasizing the show's theme of love and messiness told through humor.
