Chiranjeevi's Film Crosses 280 Cr, Misses Triple Century
31 Jan
Summary
- Film earned 281.74 crore gross worldwide in 19 days.
- Became Chiranjeevi's highest-grossing film globally.
- The 300 crore milestone now appears unlikely to be reached.

The Tollywood action-comedy film, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, has achieved a remarkable worldwide box office collection of 281.74 crore gross within its first 19 days. This significant achievement has established it as Chiranjeevi's highest-grossing film globally, outperforming "Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy." The film was released on January 12th, backed by strong pre-release promotions and a positive audience reception during the Sankranti festive season.
Although the movie performed exceptionally well, especially in its initial run, it appears to be falling short of the 300 crore milestone. As of 2026-01-31T14:21:16+00:00, the film needs an additional 18.26 crore to reach this much-anticipated target, which is considered unlikely given the current collection trends.
Despite narrowly missing the triple-century mark, the film has secured its place as the highest-grossing movie among Tollywood's senior stars. Directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela, the film also features a notable cast including Venkatesh and Nayanthara.
