In a recent interview, Malayalam actor Sudev Nair, who is set to appear in Yash's film 'Toxic', has expressed his admiration for the Kannada superstar and Telugu star Jr NTR. Nair spoke candidly about how deeply inspired he is by Yash and Jr NTR's energy, drive, and ability to uplift those around them. "I aspire to be someone who creates opportunities for others, not just an employee. Yash and NTR Garu truly inspire me," he said.
Meanwhile, reports suggest that 'Toxic: A Fairy Tale of Grown-Ups', which was initially announced for an Ugadi 2026 release, has encountered production hurdles. According to the reports, Yash is reportedly unhappy with some portions directed by Geetu Mohandas, whose artistic style didn't align with the star's mass-action persona. As a result, Yash is said to be reworking the film to include more commercial elements, leading to a temporary delay in production.
The film features an ensemble cast that includes Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, Akshay Oberoi, and Sudev Nair. Sudev Nair was recently seen in the Telugu mass action film 'They Call Him OG' starring Pawan Kalyan and directed by Sujeeth, where he played the role of a villain and received decent reviews.
