Pop superstar Madonna recently concluded filming for season two of the upcoming project 'The Studio' in Venice. During her stay, the 67-year-old artist was accompanied by her boyfriend, Akeem Morris, and was seen with Julia Garner, the actress set to play Madonna in her forthcoming biopic. A highlight of the trip involved Madonna recreating an iconic gondola scene from her 1984 hit 'Like a Virgin' with Garner.

This role marks a significant return to acting for Madonna after a two-decade absence from major on-screen performances. Her last notable acting engagement was a voice role in the 2006 animated film 'Arthur and the Invisibles.' The acclaimed singer previously earned a Golden Globe for her performance in the 1995 musical film 'Evita.' The series 'The Studio' also features Seth Rogen and Catherine O'Hara.

Madonna has long pursued the development of a film chronicling her life. She previously worked on a biopic titled 'Who's That Girl' in 2023, initially with Diablo Cody. Despite facing numerous challenges and suggestions to scale down the project, Madonna remained dedicated to bringing her life story to the screen, emphasizing her desire to tell it in an unconventional way, reflecting her own extraordinary life.
