The office space, situated on the fourth floor of Morya Landmark-II in Oshiwara, Andheri West, covers 1,594.24 sq ft and includes three dedicated parking spaces. The sale documents reveal an appreciation of approximately 824%, highlighting the growth in commercial real estate values in the area.
This move follows a pattern of real estate activity for Dixit and her husband, Dr. Shriram Nene. In March 2026, the actress leased a 731 sq ft office in Lower Parel for a five-year term, valued at approximately Rs 2.81 crore. Previously, in December 2025, the couple sold their Juhu apartment for Rs 3.9 crore, which they had bought for Rs 1.95 crore in 2012.
