This performance was a key event on the third day of the ongoing 5-day Sanatkada Festival, known for its unique 'Concert at Dawn' initiative.
Ustad Ilmas Hussain Khan currently holds the prestigious position of Khalifa for the Lucknow Gharana of tabla. Meanwhile, Ustad Irfan Muhammad Khan leads the Lucknow Shahjahanpur gharana in sarod.
