Peace in Motion Dance Studio, a faith-based facility, is scheduled to open its doors in Lubbock on August 20. The studio, founded by Jesi Flynn-Revilla, is dedicated to fostering freedom of expression through dance, with Christ at the core of its mission. Located in a renovated 4,000-square-foot space, it features three dedicated dance areas and will offer classes in multiple genres starting September 6.
Flynn-Revilla, inspired by her personal experiences with the healing power of dance, envisioned a studio that cultivates confidence, community, and self-expression rooted in faith. Anchored by 2 Corinthians 3:17, the studio aims to be a family-oriented environment where students feel a sense of belonging and can find healing. To support its launch, the studio has initiated GoFundMe and Bonfire T-shirt fundraisers to cover operational costs, including instructor fees.
